Switzer Foundation Scholarships…

• support vocational training and professional training for women from the New York Metropolitan area who are citizens of the United States.
• are paid directly to hospitals, schools and institutions which select about two hundred women annually to receive these grants.
• give preference to training in nursing and other health service careers.
• also support training in other fields of study such as business, engineering, science and fashion.

Funds for Switzer Foundation Scholarships come from the management of assets left by the founders and friends. The Foundation does
not solicit contributions.
